First-principles thinking (honed during my physics studies) became the ultimate roadmap filter: "If we delete all legacy assumptions, what is the absolute simplest way to solve this architecture?" That mindset yielded custom K8s scheduling and saved 1 Cr monthly.
Co-founding PM Buddy
Co-founded PM Buddy (2021-2023), a non-profit mock interview platform. Provided low-cost ($4) or free interviews to help college graduates enter product management. All revenues were donated directly to orphanages to fund education. Coordinated 8-week cohorts with 25+ students, giving back to the community.
